Kid friendly local history museum. For $1 you get a tour, scavenger hunt, history detective game, coloring pages, and a chance to use an antique stereoscope! Well worth the 45 minute stop. chancestereoscope.

Nice little museum. One main room packed with exhibits, with a small area in the back showcasing a replica general store. If you're looking for something fancy and showy, this isn't the place. But for local history on South Range and the small towns between here and Ontonagon, this is the best spot. Not many other museums cover this portion of the Copper Country.
